everything went bad and the manager threatened us not to refund our upfront amount because we did not like the room we were given and decided to against staying there

The check-in staff was very busy but tried to work with everyone quickly

Location is perfect . Close proximity to shops and market. Jawad was very very very helpful and helps with a smile. He's quite good with his work. The cleaner on morning duty is also very helpful

I have been charged cancellation charges, I have not cancelled the hotel have rejected my credit card.
